Thankful Tuesday

This morning I just feel the need to encourage you to focus on the goodness of God. Look for all the ways He has been and is being good to you. Anticipate seeing His goodness today!

Go ahead and express your thankfulness to God. Choose to worship and praise this morning. No matter where you are, He is there and He is always good. Praise is a powerful weapon of warfare.

I’ve been in Colossians with a couple of praying Mama friends. This small book is full of encouragement. This morning what stood out to me, was the repetitive phrase to give thanks, or be thankful. We are commanded to give thanks. I was reminded, recently, that if God gives us a command, He will provide what we need to obey it.

What are you thankful for today? The day is just getting started, but I am so thankful for a phone call I got last night from one of my best friends (ever) from college. I had not heard her voice in a long time. That call melted my heart, it was God letting me know He sees me and hears me.
